About the Copeland Oaks Veteran's History Project Collection
The Copeland Oaks Veteran's History Project Collection includes video recordings of residents from Copeland Oaks, a retirement community in nearby Sebring, Ohio. The materials can be viewed through the use of RealPlayer. If you do not have this free plug-in, you may download it from RealNetworks.
The interviews include oral history recollections of the experiences of World War II veterans ranging from the attack of Pearl Harbor to VJ Day.
The series was video taped by WOCC TV for broadcast on the campus cable network. The interviewer is Dan Mannion.
